REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Selection Process- Selection of vendors will be n a 'first come, first serve' basis based on what payment is received, along with the completed Vendor Registration & Agreement Forms

Early Bird Special- The early bird rate is $500 if payment is received before July1st, 2025. After July 1st the rate goes up to $700. Payment for exhibit space must be received before the space is secured. Each vendor space will include one 6-foot draped exhibit table and tow chairs. Electricity will be available if needed.

Cancellation Policy- The fee for a vendor display is non-refundable. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for this event.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Agents Association Major Crimes Conference is an opportunity for law enforcement, at multiple levels of government to discover emerging trends, discuss best practices, hear case studies and network with other members of law enforcement.

This year's conference will take place October 28-31st, 2025 at the Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma. More than 200 police officers, sheriff's deputies, tribal law enforcement, district attorney's and state agents from multiple states attended the 2024 conference.

The OSBI Foundation, Inc. Is leading the conference sponsorship initiative. The OSBI Foundation, Inc. Isa 501c3 and all sponsorships are tax deductible. Please review the sponsorship levels to find the one that suits you and/or your orginization/business the best. Any dollar amount is welcome.
